After graduating with my Bachelor's of Art in Anthropology with archaeology minor, I took one one-credit independent study course for two semesters at my undergraduate institution.

Historical Archaeology
Introduction to the career of historical archaeology.
Delved into the book In Small Things Forgotten: An Archaeology of Early American Life. Met with the professor for an in-depth discussion on the topic of historic archaeology.
Historic Anthropology
Explored the academic area of historic anthropology.
Applying the concepts of anthropology, the holistic study of humanity to the study of history.
